Phillip Beati, a LEED Accredited Professional and Lean Construction Manager, brings over 30 years of experience to his role as Senior Project Manager at KCM Group. He manages schedules, budgets, and procurement for multiple projects across KCM’s portfolio, leveraging his expertise in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, education, biotechnology, and medical facilities. Notable projects include the phased ER renovation at Miriam Hospital, Intel’s D2P3 Class 1 cleanroom in Santa Clara, CA, and several University of Rhode Island projects.
Phil’s strengths include purchasing, procurement, contract administration, and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and certifications in EIT, LEED AP, Lean Construction Management, and OSHA 30. Outside of work, Phil contributes to the ACE Mentoring Program in Providence, RI.
