With over 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, and construction management, Monica Gilson serves as a Project Manager at KCM Group. Her expertise spans creating project timelines, coordinating trades, and fostering client relationships. Monica’s experience includes overseeing institutional, commercial, and residential projects, with a notable contribution to the preservation of the First Church of Christ, Scientist in New York City.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Philadelphia University and is a licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts. She also holds OSHA 30 certification.
