Mike Guidera is a Senior Project Manager at KCM Group with over 30 years of experience in planning and managing a diverse range of construction and capital improvement projects. He plays a key role in projects funded by the Rhode Island Capital Fund (RICAP) and the Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation (RIHEBC). Mike’s expertise spans preconstruction, sustainable design, glue-laminated construction, and asset reinvestment.
Throughout his career, Mike has contributed to notable projects such as the Gilder Boathouse at Yale University and Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Prior to joining KCM Group, Mike spent 30 years in the construction management business. He is highly skilled at managing long-term asset reinvestment projects, including multi-year efforts at Connecticut College, and working closely with clients on sensitive projects to ensure success.
