Joshua Rorrie brings more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, shaped by a career that bridges both design and field execution. After studying Architectural Science and Architectural Engineering Technology at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Josh began his career in carpentry and residential construction before launching his own general contracting business. He later transitioned into large-scale commercial work, managing hotel and restaurant projects, where he oversaw scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across complex building systems.
Known for his practical, solutions-driven approach, Josh combines technical knowledge with real-world experience to anticipate challenges and keep projects moving efficiently. Now at KCM, he manages renovation and new construction projects throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts, bringing a strong focus on teamwork, quality, and client satisfaction to every project.
