He leads the construction management team, overseeing projects, managing estimates, and preparing proposals. Josh’s expertise spans multiple sectors, including commercial, banking, defense, higher education, and healthcare, with notable projects including the Bristol Building in Andover, MA, Raytheon’s Control Building in Pelham, NH, and Soden St. Apartments in Cambridge, MA.
Josh is skilled in building systems, project coordination, and team leadership. He holds an Associate degree in Architecture from Benjamin Franklin College, along with certifications including MA Construction Supervisor License and OSHA 30.
