Project Manager

Joe is a proven construction professional that has been in this industry for nearly 20 years. Joes experience includes architectural coordination, project management, and owner’s representation. He has worked on multiple different projects including, but not limited to; commercial, healthcare, higher education, corporate and manufacturing. Joe has provided oversight and management of assigned labor, sub-consultant, and direct costs for projects here at Keough.

He engages all team members and sub-consultants regarding the project objectives, design schedules, client deliverables, budgets, quality control and costs. He maintains project’s quality control during design by check set review, QA/QC coordination meetings and client review meetings at various stages of the design schedule to produce a quality project within budget, and to client’s satisfaction. Joe has extensive knowledge formulating design schedules, work plans, and project timelines to meet client requirements. He has also performed architectural CAD drafting of building plans, sections, elevations, and details.
