Jason Fiore, a licensed Professional Engineer, serves as a Project Manager at KCM Group, overseeing real estate development and renovation projects from planning through construction and closeout. He represents property owners and developers, ensuring successful project delivery. Jason’s experience spans various sectors, including hospitals, schools, commercial office buildings, and residential construction.
Before joining KCM, Jason managed a $30 million residential project at Fletcher Development in Greenwich, CT, and provided structural engineering services at Thornton Tomasetti in New York, working on high-profile projects like The Shed at Hudson Yards and One Vanderbilt. Jason holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is OSHA 30-Hour and OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certified and is affiliated with ASCE, CTBUH, and SEAoNY.
