Dan Secone, President of KCM Group, brings over 20 years of experience in project management and business operations. A graduate of the Wentworth Institute of Technology, Dan combines technical expertise with a proven track record of leadership in the construction industry.
He is well-versed in all aspects of building, drawing on his extensive experience as a superintendent and Owner’s Project Manager. Dan leads the firm’s growth by overseeing business development, marketing, client relations, and project management with a focus on continuous improvement and client advocacy.
His expertise spans education, laboratory, retail, manufacturing, and civil projects, with significant experience managing large-scale construction for institutions like Yale University, Electric Boat, and the University of Connecticut. Since joining KCM Group in 2020, Dan has made significant contributions, including serving as Director of Owner’s Project Management in 2022 and being appointed President in 2023 following the company’s transition to employee ownership. He is also actively involved with the Rhode Island Builders Association.
