Specializing in cost forecasting, Casey has worked on a wide range of projects, from large-scale renovations to new construction, utilizing advanced cost management software to deliver accurate estimates. His deep knowledge of local municipal codes and regulations ensures precise and reliable cost projections for clients.
Casey has contributed to projects across multiple sectors, including higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, and historical preservation. Before joining KCM Group, he developed his estimating expertise at Dellbrook/JKS Construction and GenCon Construction, with notable projects at Gillette Stadium and the Rhode Island National Guard Headquarters. Casey has a military background, serving in the U.S. Coast Guard for seven years, and he holds an Associate degree in Engineering Sciences from Bristol Community College.
