Andrew Pearce, a registered architect and Senior Project Manager at KCM Group, brings over 20 years of experience in all phases of the architectural process, from planning to construction administration. A graduate of Roger Williams University, Andy started his career in a Rhode Island architectural firm, eventually rising to Vice President.

Since joining KCM Group in 2009, Andy has served as Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for several high-profile projects at the University of Rhode Island, including the Hillside Residence Hall, Student Athlete Development Center, and renovations to the Keaney Athletic and Tootell Aquatic Centers. He has also contributed OPM expertise to projects for General Dynamics (Electric Boat), South County Hospital, and the Rhode Island Department of Education School Building Authority.
