As a Project Manager at KCM Group, Amanda Pfeiffer brings over 12 years of diverse experience in project management and operational leadership to her role. Prior to joining KCM Group, Amanda served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Launch Entertainment in Warwick, RI, where she oversaw cross-functional initiatives and mentored General Managers to drive efficiency and growth across the company’s expanding portfolio. In this role, she oversaw and mentored corporate park General Managers, managed KPIs, and developed comprehensive training programs for both the corporate office and franchisees, and overseeing construction projects. She managed the transformation of over 30 facilities, leading multimillion-dollar renovations that turned warehouse spaces, airplane hangars, and retail spaces into vibrant entertainment venues. Notably, Amanda directed the development of several locations along the East Coast, including projects in Hartford, CT, Newark, DE, and Columbus, GA.
Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Rhode Island. Her strong background in project oversight and her ability to streamline operations make her a valuable asset to the KCM team as they expand their project management capabilities across throughout New England.
