KCM Group is excited to announce a new addition to our growing team! Maria Smith joins KCM as a Project Manager where she will play an integral role in delivering owner’s project management services for our clients throughout the region.
A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and a Registered Architect, Maria has more than two decades of experience in the construction industry in a variety of roles, from Project Architect to Senior Estimator to Project Manager. She has also served as a Secretary, Treasurer, and President of the Rhode Island Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute. Known for her outstanding customer service and analytical skills, Maria is never afraid to tackle challenging projects head-on, and uses her knack for problem-solving to arrive at effective, client-focused solutions. We look forward to having Maria to help guide our projects to completion as her years of experience will prove invaluable to our operations.
