Since our founding in October 2004, we’ve grown from humble beginnings into one of Rhode Island’s most trusted construction management firms. Our story began with Ray Keough, a seasoned construction professional who launched Keough Construction Management with a vision: to provide owners undertaking capital expansion projects with trusted design and construction advice. Thanks to Ray’s leadership and commitment to client success, our company quickly earned a reputation for excellence across a range of industries including education, healthcare, and commercial development.
In 2022, we embraced a new chapter and embarked on a rebranding initiative as KCM Group. Ray transitioned the company to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), ensuring the dedicated team that built KCM’s legacy now owns its future. Under the leadership of Dan Secone as President, we’ve continued to innovate while staying true to our guiding principle: “Managing success, one project at a time.”
