KCM was honored to attend the groundbreaking for the 143rd Airlift Wing Headquarters at the Quonset Air National Guard Base.
KCM will be providing OPM services for this $46 million project that includes the development of a 43,000 square-foot complex that will house the wing’s headquarters, medical group, recruiting office, a state-of-the-art dining facility, and more.
KCM’s involvement on this project pre-dates our recent award for OPM services, as Lead Estimator Casey Lake led the development of numerous estimates throughout the course of the entire design process, collaborating closely with the architectural team.
This project is a representation of teamwork among several talented firms and organizations KCM has been fortunate to work with throughout the years, including the Quonset Development Corporation, Gilbane Building Company, and Vision 3 Architects. It’s our pleasure to continue our relationship with the Rhode Island Air National Guard, and we’re looking forward to sharing updates about this project as development moves along.
