Building from the Ground Up

At KCM Group, project success is driven by strong field leadership and practical experience. Brian Eisenhaur brings both to his role as Superintendent, with more than a decade of hands-on construction experience across a wide range of sectors.

Brian’s path into construction began early in his career while working as a laborer for a general contractor.  From there, he built his career in the field, advancing from laborer to carpenter to lead carpenter while working on projects along the East Coast. Seeking to expand his technical knowledge, Brian earned an associate’s degree in Building Construction Technology from Valencia College, transitioning into a field engineering role and gaining experience in project coordination and construction management.

Over the years, Brian has contributed to a diverse range of complex projects across healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and infrastructure. One of the most notable was his work at the Kennedy Space Center, where he helped construct the foundation and set anchor bolts for the crew access tower at the United Launch Alliance Launch Complex — a project he still considers a career highlight.

Brian later returned to New England, serving as an Assistant Superintendent with Suffolk Construction and a Superintendent with TOCCI. His experience managing complex renovations and new construction projects, including healthcare and gaming facilities, has shaped his approach to field leadership.

At KCM, Brian focuses on communication, coordination, and team alignment — recognizing that successful projects depend on strong collaboration in the field.

That mindset reflects a core principle that continues to guide his career:

“If there’s ever a day when you stop learning, it’s time to hang up your hat.”

Outside of work, Brian enjoys hands-on projects at home, from finish carpentry to building a deck, and spending time with his wife and four children.
